Complete list of all logs received as of 19 Sep 2009 at 12PM

Please note that ALL logs should be sent to the logs@OhQP.org address. The log process this year is semi-automated. As such please don't send questions to this address as anything that doesn't look like a cabrillo file is discarded. If there are questions, please send them to info@OhQP.org. Also note that because the process is presently semi-automated, you will not receive a reply to the log submittal at the time the log is submitted. You will receive an email when your log is processed as part of a batch. Logs are being processed in batches. Below is a list of the batch results.

Please follow the following guidelines to aid the process:
- Submit only cabrillo logs (no adif, no excel, no log file binaries, etc). Cabrillo is an ascii format.
- Attach the log to your email as an attachment and make sure the attachment name is the call used during the contest (example k9tm.log).
- If submitting a log for a muilti-op that used more than one computer or a mobile/rover entry and the log is in multiple files, please name them using the callsign and the abbr for the county (example k9tmluca.log, k9tmfult.log, etc).
- Please don't submit logs name oqp.log, ohqp.log, luca.log, etc. This complicates the process and makes your entry a hand processed log :-(
- Make the subject the call used during the event and category operated (example k9tm single-op high, k9tm mobile, etc)
- Please look at your cabrillo file before submitting. Please make sure there is a callsign: field and that it contains ONLY the call used during the event. Note that if you're a multi-op station and want to include who operated the station, use the operators: field for this. Please make sure there is a category: field and make sure it contains one of the 6 legal OhQP categories (single-op qrp, single-op low, single-op high, multi-op, mobile, rover). Make sure the QSO: fields include sent information (yourcall # county/state/province/dx example k9tm 0001 LUCA), verify that the desired club is indicated using the CLUB-NAME: field.
- Don't submit logs multiple times, especially if your call already appears in the received batch info, unless asked to.
- If you have questions about your logging program, please seek the advice of the program author or their support mechanism (reflector, email, etc). The only logging software I'm familiar with is NA as I use either NA or my own software for logging.
